Waking up at 4am has caused me to have a body alarm at this point, but some days it’s hard getting into the mode it takes to get the job done so I take a pre-workout. Some prefer something for women. I prefer just something good haha
I was using C4, but it stopped working so I took a week off all pre-workout and tried this one. I only took half a scoop at first then built my way up to a full scoop.
If you aren’t sure what is best for you, go to a nutritional place and ask them. They usually know what to give ya.
I try to do some intermittent fasting one day a week, but every other day I eat the same dang thing… oatmeal, 3 eggs (minus 1 yolk) and a fruit. My favorite oatmeal is this one from HEB. I was surprised by it when I tried it at a friends house and went and bought some for myself. I eat 2 packets at a time so it goes fast haha
BEFORE I even put any sort of food in my mouth, I drink the following:
2 tbsp of ACV with water (we all know how good this is for our bodies)
1 cup of Chocolate Milk (has many benefits and tons of protein)
1 cup of water with 1/2 tbsp of tumeric, 1/2 tblsp of ginger, lemon juice, honey and a dash of cayenne (this I mix with 1 cup of water so it’s easier to take as a shot because the taste is nasty)
